Guk1CoffeeRoaster的成立希望為客人帶來更多不同的優質精品咖啡豆。Guk1是粵語菊的拼音，希望讓外地客人知道這是一個來自香港的品牌。以菊為名是因為菊給人一種閑寂的感覺，希望沖泡，品嚐咖啡時能暫時忙記城市的煩囂和工作的煩惱。

 

Guk1 was found in a busy street of Hong Kong. Our mission is to bring various high-quality specialty coffee beans to our clients and customers. "Guk1" is the Cantonese pronunciation of the chrysanthemum. We hope to let all non-Cantonese speaker understand the meaning of "Guk1" and allow them to remember a local brand from Hong Kong. The reason our coffee is named chrysanthemum is it gives us a sense of loneliness. Through brewing and tasting our coffee, we can leave our stress and problem from a busy, non-stop spinning the world behind temporarily. We need to have a peaceful mind and allow our work-life balance to incline.
